Start-up Management Team

Automated Health Systems USA (Remote) Full-Time

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is hiring motivated and experienced staff for positions in the Lansing, MI area or remotely residing in the State of Michigan.

As a part of the Start-up Management Team, you will support and lead a state-wide call center and field-based team to assist Michigan Medicaid Care Management consumers. Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, MI Medicaid, as well as experience with low income populations, community-based organizations and special needs populations. Bachelor’s Degree required in related field. Qualifications for these positions include:

Job Requirements:

Project Director: Must possess five years of experience leading large-scale projects with 250-400 staff and multiple (3 plus) stakeholder groups and project managers. Previous experience budgeting, implementing and monitoring finances and presenting yearly draft budgets. Previous experience with project planning, managing, designing, and implementing, and evaluating projects


Project Manager: Must possess five years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope of this solicitation. Previous experience facilitating meetings with clients & stakeholders. Project Management Professional or Scrum Certification preferred. 


Operations Manager: Must possess three to five years of experience overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of multiple phone lines/call centers. Previous experience planning, presenting and strategizing multiple solutions/ options to contract requirements. Active Security Certifications preferred.


Call Center Manager: Must possess two years 2 years’ experience managing multiple teams of staff/call centers at the same time.


Operations and IT Support Manager: Must possess three years of progressive experience in business operations, program requirements and IT.  Previous experience planning, presenting and strategizing multiple solutions/ options.

Security Management and Assurance: Must possess five years of risk assessment and analysis experience required. Implementation, testing and overseeing business continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans experience required. Information Security Management and Assurance experience preferred.

Security Management and Assurance: Must possess five years of managing security for similar size organization. Must possess five years of experience facilitating compliance.  Active Security Certifications preferred.
